Peyton Manning will surely go down in history as one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game of football. His accomplishments are staggering. A Pro Bowl choice every year since he stepped onto a NFL field in 1998, Manning set a NFL single-season record in 2004 with 49 touchdown passes and has thrown for nearly 40,000 regular-season yards in his career. Manning raised the bar even higher in 2006, when he led the Indianapolis Colts to the Super Bowl Championship and won SB MVP honors. The Mannings are the first family of football. The patriarch is Archie Manning, who made his mark as the quarterback at Ole Miss, where he threw for 4,753 yards and 56 touchdowns. He later spent 13 years in the NFL, playing for the Saints, Oilers and Vikings.
